THE FISHERY

This is a lovely reed fringed lake with a potential to produce specimens but is rarely fished due its lack of facilities. It has all the usual coarse fish present which include Bream, Roach, hybrids, Tench and Rudd and Pike. 

FACILITIES AND ACCESS

There is car parking and slipway located on the southern shore.

TO GET THERE

The lake  is close to Lough Avoher described on this guide. From Broadford take the Sixmilebridge road for about 3 km and turn right towards Kilkishen. The lake is signposted on the left.
